Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM
Standard check-out time is at 12:00 NN
AIRPORT TRANSFER –Roundtrip airport transfer fee of P600 per guest (joiners) “Seat-in-coach” not included in the Room Rate, can be requested and booked during reservation.
EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES
Early arrivals/departures and late arrivals/departures (different from the dates booked on original schedule) will be subject to availability of the room/s booked. The charges for the available rooms for early arrivals will be based on rack/published rates. Late arrivals or early departures from scheduled dates of guests’ stay will not be entitled to a refund or an extended stay.
NO SHOW FEES
If on the check in date, the guest is a no show (based on the rooming list with dates provided)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Non-cancellable, non-refundable.
– We require a 30-day notice for any booking changes; otherwise there will be a cancellation fee depending on the cost incurred by the Baybayin Hub due to last minute cancellation.
– We require a 24-hour notice upon purchase of this for any booking changes – otherwise booking will be marked as no-show and payment will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE – Baybayin Hub and our partner Hotels shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly, as occasioned by Acts of God (bad weather, typhoon, earthquakes, etc..) or through or in consequence of war, pandemic, change or statutes of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and or conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
