La Union Nomad voucher is applicable only for a weekday (Sunday to Thursday) booking reservation only. Â

INCLUSIONS:
– Private room with 1 Queen-sized bed suitable for 2 persons.Â
– Regulated use of a/c 8PM to 8AM only.
– Shared bathroom with hot and cold shower.
– Wi-Fi access with speed of 30mbps to 80mbps.
– Access to common spaces.
– Exclusive access to Co-working space for BHub Members.
– Access to common Kitchen – cook your own meal.
– Beachfront and swimming pool access.
– Weekly housekeeping – linens and sheets provided.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING RESERVATION REQUESTS:
1. Send your Booking reservations requests via email to “reservations@baybayinhub.com” with the following details:

- Mobile Number:
- No. of Guests:
- Check-in Date:
- Check-out Date:
2. Wait for an email response to confirm the room availability and approval of your booking reservations requests.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– Nomad vouchers are not applicable for weekend and holiday booking reservations.
– Booking reservations shall be requested 2 weeks in advance your target dates.
– Booking reservations are on a “FIRST TO RESERVE” basis.
– Senior Citizen / PWD discount is not applicable on promo rates.
– Additional / Extra person in the room may be requested at Php. 1,000.00 per pax per day.
– Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons only.
– Baybayin Hub reserves the right at any time, to cancel this promo without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Non-cancellable, non-refundable.
– Re-bookable (within 6 months).
– We require a 15-day notice for any booking changes; otherwise there will be a cancellation fee depending on the cost incurred by the Baybayin Hub due to last minute cancellation.
– We require a 24-hour notice for any booking changes – otherwise booking will be marked as no-show and payment will be forfeited.
Booking Period: July 30 to December 21, 2022 only
FORCE MAJEURE – In case of fortuitous events or any conditions beyond our control; Baybayin Hub shall not be held liable for failure to deliver such services.
