BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Extra persons in the room may be allowed subject to IATF’s protocols on room capacity with extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Non-cancellable, non-refundable.
- Rebookable (within 6 months)
- We require a 15-day notice for any booking changes – otherwise, there will be a cancellation fee depending on the cost incurred by the Baybayin Hub due to last minute cancellation.
- We require a 24-hour notice for any booking changes – otherwise booking will be marked as no-show and payment will be forfeited.
- NOT APPLICABLE FOR PEAK / HIGH SEASON & HOLIDAYS.
- Pre-payment policy applies. First Payment may be made through Baybayin Hub website and succeeding payment shall be on Bank Transfer. *Bank, Online Payments charges shall be shouldered by customer VALIDITY PERIOD. *Customer must complete the full payment before she/he book or check-in.
- Booking Period: valid for 6 months effective upon payment completion
- Travel Period: valid for 6 months effective upon payment completion (limited slots only) FORCE MAJEURE In case of fortuitous events or any condition beyond our control, The Baybayin Hub shall not be liable for failure to deliver services.
